BERT OGDEN FIESTA MANAGEMENT SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Time and Days of Position

Monday - Friday and some Saturdays as needed (3 minimum per year)

9 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay to commensurate upon experience

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain social media accounts for assigned stores on specified platforms
• Post 3 times per week on assigned accounts (minimum of 2 videos per week per store; include appropriate hashtags)
• Abide by OEM and Bert Ogden Corporate advertising guidelines
• Audit accounts daily for inappropriate comments, errors, etc.
• Complete whiteboard schedule of events and weekly social media links form on a weekly basis
• Take photos and videos of vehicles, customers, staff members, etc.
• Appear on camera for various photos and videos including TV commercials as needed
• Travel to various stores around Rio Grande Valley
• Positively represent Bert Ogden at all times both on and off the clock
• Meet and greet Bert Ogden guests
• Communicate regularly with fellow social media coordinators, videographers and marketing staff and upper-level management
• Secure locations for filming away from dealerships
• Set up lights and mics for filming when necessary
• Work closely with general managers and sales individuals of assigned stores to create focused content for specific vehicles

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media platform operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Video editing skills via phone apps and or computer software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Attention to detail
• Photography experience
• Multitasker
• Valid Texas Drivers License
• Time management skills
• Ability to pass a drug and background test
• Creative
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn new programs and techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
