Experienced Server - Fiesta's Restaurant

Job Summary
Fiesta's is a New Mexican food restaurant that has been established in Albuquerque for 30 years, family-owned and operated. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and fostering positive guest relations in our fine dining establishment.

A valid alcohol permit and food handler certificate is required.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for patrons.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
