Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day Express Services offered by the service department, e.g., oil changes, battery replacement, tire rotation, etc.).
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Act as liaison between the customer and the service technicians.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by asking questions and determining the issues to give the service technicians an accurate summation of repairs needed.
- Provide support for all vehicle owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer requests do not get mishandled.
- Upsell services consistently.
- Inspect vehicles for damage upon ticket write-up.
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Schedule service appointments and distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Must be people and customer service-oriented, be friendly, courteous, and energetic
- Have good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a consistently fast-paced environment
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers and service team
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
