Reporting organizationally to the HR Specialist, the HR Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 HR team and will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Sr HR Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
Supporting HR team in managing the administrative life-cycle of employees within their assigned divisions
Onboarding employees:
- Preparing HR documents like new hire guides, policies and procedures, etc.
- Supporting the process of the onboarding process and onboarding system
- Handling I9/work authorization process
- Assisting with different onboarding processes
- First level support of HR
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Updating and maintaining the HR database and internal HR systems
- Managing and preparing HR documents
- Drafting and issuing interim and final work certificates
- Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answering employee queries about HR-related issues
- Assisting with contract formalities for transfer and termination processes
- Updating Org Charts in the intranet, SAP, Miro board
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
- At least two years of experience in HR administration
- Proven work experience in a HR Team or a relevant role
- Experience with HRIS software.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
