Department: Ticketing, Hospitality & Stadium Revenue
Location: Miami
Reporting organizationally to the Head of Ticketing Operations, the Mobile Ticketing and Ticket Production Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing and Hospitality team, and work in close collaboration with the Senior Mobile Ticketing Manager and to the Ticket Production Manager based in Zurich as well as other key individuals responsible for delivering the Mobile Ticketing project as well as the planning and implementation of any alternative ticket medium in preparation of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ and FIFA World Cup 26™.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Mobile Ticketing and Ticket Production Specialist include:
• Support the Mobile Ticketing team with the definition and the implementation of the Mobile Ticketing strategy;
• Support the team with the configuration and testing of the Mobile Ticketing solution;
• Assist in the configuration of the Ticketing system in relation to ticket printing and ensure implementation of the print and fulfilment rules;
• Quality assurance of configurations implemented on the Ticketing platforms:
• Support the team with paper ticket printing;
• Issue resolution in relation to the Mobile Ticketing delivery solution as well as the paper ticket production in the ticketing system:
• Support general ticketing operations for other FIFA events and ticketing related tasks as required.
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or similar level of education
• Strong event/ project management skills
Work Experience
• Experience in ticketing projects incl. ticket production and mobile ticketing.
• Experience working with Secutix and/or Ticketmaster ticketing systems and their ticket fulfilment components is an advantage.
• Experience in IT software projects;
• Great communication skills, internally and externally across multiple functional areas involved for delivering the projects.
Languages
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
• Ticketmaster and/or Secutix
