Job Summary:

Fife RV Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RV Detailer/Cleaner to join our team. As an RV Detailer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of both new and used RVs. This position ensures that RVs are cleaned, detailed, and presentable to meet our high standards and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail the exterior and interior of RVs, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Perform deep cleaning of RV carpets, upholstery, windows, and appliances.
• Ensure all vehicles are spotless and free from dirt, debris, and stains.
• Inspect RVs for any cosmetic issues and report any damage or repair needs to the Service Manager.
• Apply cleaning agents, polishes, and waxes to maintain RV finishes.
• Operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and buffers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the detail bay and ensure proper storage of cleaning materials.
• Assist with preparing RVs for customer delivery or for display on the sales lot.
• Follow all safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Support the service team as needed with other tasks related to RV maintenance and preparation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in auto/RV detailing or cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and procedures is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
