Looking for experienced servers/bartenders. We are looking for people with at least 5 years experience serving. We are a very fast paced environment and we recently expanded. We are an established restaurant with plenty of money to be made. Must be 21 to apply.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent guest services will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
