Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires
- Liaise with ADP PEO
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Compliance and Training
- Claims and Investigations
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Experience with California and Florida employment law and regulations
- Experience with ADP TotalSource
- SHRM or CalHR credentials
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
