Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Search team in ensuring the smooth running of projects and team operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement:

• Attending client meetings to understand needs and build strong relationships
• Managing timelines for retained search projects and ensuring milestones are met

Project Management:

• Organizing the team’s schedules to meet deadlines and priorities
• Tracking project progress and keeping everyone aligned and on-task

Diary & Travel Coordination:

• Scheduling client meetings, internal team discussions, and presentations
• Managing travel arrangements for team members across global locations

Operational Support:

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication
• Helping the team stay focused and organized to deliver high-quality results
