Role: SaaS Sales Lead Recruiter

FIFTEEN WEST is currently partnering with a multi award-winning staffing agency specializing within the Marketing, SaaS and Sales space. They are looking to grow their NYC office with passionate and talented lead recruitment consultant within the SaaS Sales and Customer Success space.
The Opportunity:
- Run and build a full 360 recruitment desk within the SaaS Sales space.

What you need:
- Ideally you would have market experience with the SaaS sales or Marketing Tech space.
- Experience in Business Development and the ability to win your own work and clients.
- Able to commute into NYC (FiDi) at least 3 days per week.
- Strong knowledge of the North American market.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and KPI's.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A passion for the sector you recruit within!
