💼 The Role: Vice President, Front Office Investments
We’re seeking a skilled Vice President to join our client’s Front Office Investment Division, recruiting for high-impact roles across the following asset classes:
- Private Credit
- Private Equity
- Special Situations
- Structured Products
- Real Estate
- Long/Short Equity & Credit
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and post-hire support.
- Recruit for high-level investment roles using both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through business development and client generation.
- Research companies, industries, and job functions to identify top-tier talent.
- Mentor and train junior team members, contributing to a culture of growth.
- Conduct in-person meetings and events to strengthen relationships and expand networks.
