OBGYN LVN Supervisor - 3Yrs
Shift Details : 4 / 8's with possibility for 5 / 8's 8 : 00 - 5 : 00pm OR 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm depending on the need. (No weekends)
- Float may be required to Bixby Location
Required : 2 Years of Leadership Experience
Required : 3 Years LVN Clinical Experience
Certifications : IV Certified
LVN License
Patient Age Group : Adults
Special Procedures / Unit Details :
LVN Supervisor will provide supervision to 2 OB / GYN Clinic locations in Long Beach. The ideal candidate will oversee back-office staff of MAs and LVNs, coordinate schedules, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and provide clinical guidance to team members on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will also have a can do, team player mentality with the ability to coach staff with a positive, constructive approach.
