What are the responsibilities and job description for the Satellite Service Center Coordinator position at Fifth Gear Automotive?
Satellite Service Center Coordinator is a customer service and experience champion for Fifth Gear Automotive's drop off, pick-up and delivery Satellite Stores. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, meeting and working with customers as they have their vehicles dropped off for repairs to be completed off site at one of Fifth Gears Repair Hubs. Answering phones, gathering customer and repairs needed information and communicating this information through our point-of-sales system (Tekmetric) to the service teams located at the hub locations.
