Primary Purpose
As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Create a memorable arrival experience for Guests either outside on 3rd Street or inside the Lobby
- Maintain proper traffic flow on 3rd Street
- Must be able to work outside in all variations of weather conditions including but not limited to; heat, cold, wind, rain, sunlight, darkness, and any other weather conditions that may arise
- Assist Guests with directions to Self-Parking, obtaining luggage assistance, property outlet and/or event information
- In Lobby, assist with maintenance of Front Desk Queue Line, use of iPad to process pre-registration for Guests to cut down wait time
- Be knowledgeable of all property amenities and hours of operation
- Assist Security by reporting any concerns that are witnessed
- Assist Engineering and PAD with maintaining cleanliness and proper function of either the Lobby or 3rd Street
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by leadership
- Maintain knowledge of property outlets and amenities
- Highly motivated and energetic personality
- Able to take initiative and exhibit flexibility, a true self starter
- Excellent Guest Service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all Guest interactions
- Able to lead and mentor a team
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods during shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Traffic control experience a plus
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
