Overview
As an Account Director, you will be the strategic lead for key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and value. RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging FifthColor’s cross-disciplinary expertise.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present actionable insights to clients.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, digital, print, and events to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and guide account Project Managers, fostering professional growth and development.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-first thinking.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive additional revenue streams.
- Participate in new business pitches and presentations, showcasing FifthColor’s unique value proposition.
- Stay on top of industry trends and proactively identify ways to position FifthColor as a leader in the marketing and branding space.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
