Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting client relationships, managing projects, and driving the execution of marketing strategies. You will act as the bridge between clients and FifthColor’s internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with FifthColor’s services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and results.
Project Management:
- Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address any challenges or roadblocks.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, development, print, and events and activations, to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication of client goals and feedback to internal teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative ideas.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
Business Development Support:
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to the growth of FifthColor’s business.
- Support the Account Director in developing new business pitches and identifying upsell opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and tools, including digital marketing platforms, is a plus.
- Passion for creativity and a collaborative work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
