RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure the best value.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues promptly.
Procurement Planning:
- Assess organizational needs and forecast demand for materials or services.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage inventory and MOQ using a Kanban system
Cost Management:
- Optimize purchasing budgets and achieve cost savings.
- Conduct market research to benchmark prices and identify cost trends.
Order Processing:
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize ordering materials together to save on shipping
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory.
Collaboration and Communication:
