As an Operations Support Analyst at FIG Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisors in preparing Client files with critical and pertinent financial planning information.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of financial summaries, analysis, and plans for Clients
- Preparation for upcoming client appointments
- Ensuring files are prepared for the Client Care Team and Advisor in advance of all Client meetings
- Coordination of all paperwork needs and information for Client meetings with the Client Care Team
- Timely and thorough follow-up on all action items
- Conducting research as necessary on a case-by-case basis
- Assistance in maintaining files and incoming calls to ensure proper hand-off
- Maintenance and updating of policies and procedures related to Paraplanning and Client Care work
Candidates should possess Series 65 licenses and have at least three years of experience in the finance industry.
