Your Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a value-added engagement strategy to drive advisor growth and retention.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional advisor experiences and optimize organic growth.
- Promote our wealth management and platform capabilities to target audiences through various marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relationship management and/or consulting experience in the RIA/Wealth Management Industry.
- 5 years of investment industry experience.
- Securities License: 65, 66, or 7.
- CFP preferred but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of the RIA and/or IAR models and economics, as well as key industry challenges and opportunities within these segments.
- Knowledge of insurance and other commission-based solutions.
