Established award-winning restaurant group in Charleston, SC is interviewing for the General Manager position at their flagship restaurant FIG (Food Is Good)
FIG, founded in 2003 by Chef/Owner Mike Lata and partner Adam Nemirow, is credited with championing the local food movement. We are committed to our family of purveyors whose products are the driving force and inspiration for our work. Paying respect to their efforts and traditions is essential to our mission. Once a humble corner bistro, FIG has since garnered three James Beard Foundation Awards, becoming one of the top dining destinations in the Southeast.
Candidate must have strong leadership abilities and extensive experience in F&B. As the backbone of FOH operations, this individual should be committed to excellence and possess a sincere passion for hospitality. They should be creative, dynamic, confident and dependable, and can lead both a management and service team. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, and can bring a fresh perspective and clear vision to the position.
