Host – Figaro’s Martini Bar & Kitchen
Figaro’s Martini Bar & Kitchen is looking for a friendly and organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests! As a Host, you’ll set the tone for a great dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage the waitlist and reservations efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest inquiries
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy hours
- Prior host or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Availability for nights and weekends preferred
