Position Summary:
The Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records, managing daily transactions and data entry within QuickBooks. This role supports the Accounting Manager in financial reconciliations and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Transaction Recording and Documentation
o Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Fight CRC’s nonprofit accounting protocols.
o Maintain organized and accessible records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents to support audit and compliance efforts.
· Support Reconciliations
o Assist in monthly reconciliations for accounts, ensuring accuracy and supporting reporting needs.
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
· 2 years of bookkeeping experience, with QuickBooks proficiency.
· Detail-oriented with basic knowledge of accounting practices.
