We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences tuesday - saturday nights. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality guest services in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase overall sales.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
