This role is a full-time position providing platform administration support to our customers. The role is based in our Roslyn office and will report to the Professional Services Engagement Manager. You will work closely with Figure Eight internal resources from Professional Services, Engineering, Dev-Ops, Machine Learning, Program and Product Management as well as with our integration partners. Day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting on use cases and delivering value through Figure Eight’s technology, as well as ensuring data quality for our customers.

- Design, build and implement custom solutions to process large amounts of data through the Figure Eight Federal Platform
- Provide technical recommendations as a “trusted advisor” to internal and external stakeholders with a “customer first” mentality
- Partner with Customer Success and Managed Services Teams as the technical liaison to deliver projects, drive adoption, minimize churn and drive renewals
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on market/customer requirements
- Travel to customer on sites as needed
- US Citizenship
- BS in Computer Science or Technical Bootcamp Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of implementation experience and/or in a technical customer-facing role
- 2 years experience programming with JavaScript and/or Python
- Working knowledge of scripting and coding, database querying, and web development (e.g. HTML, CSS, and SQL)
- Ability to break down complex problems and resolve through customer consultation and execution
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to relate complicated concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences
- Ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities, respond promptly and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECRET AND/OR TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Knowledge of ETL and ETL workflows
- Exposure to AWS Cloud Services, such as S3 and Lambda
- Experience building Executive-level and customer-facing dashboards and analysis
