We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our dynamic team at FIKA Infusion Wellness. This role is responsible for growing and supporting an engaged team environment while also providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and able to multitask. Communication and collaboration are necessary as you step into managing one of our amazing FIKA locations. This is a full-time position that requires weekend and on-call availability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all management duties and team members at the American Fork facility
• Manage office supplies and inventory, place orders as necessary
• Hire, onboard and train team members
• Perform front desk responsibilities such as answer phone calls, book appointments, sell & manage memberships, interact with guests and clean the space as needed
• Educate guests on service and product offerings
• Create and oversee team member scheduling
• Manage and drive local marketing, partnerships, and events
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, maintaining calendars, performing research, and generating reports
• Responsible for facility sales, generating sales reports, managing office budget, and payroll certification
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide feedback to leadership as needed and implement appropriately
• Help resolve guest service issues in a kind, professional manner
• Respond to all after-hour requests which may include guest inquiries, employee inquires, and alarm notifications from the facility

• Inventory and supply management
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change
• Computer Skills: (Including Microsoft Suite, point of sale, phone systems)
• Interest in nutrition and wellness is preferred
• 3-5 years of work experience in customer service
• Previous experience managing a team
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work during the weekend
• No medical experience necessary
