We are seeking a personable and motivated Guest Experience Specialist, to join our dynamic team at FIKA Infusion Wellness. This role is responsible for greeting our guests and welcoming them into the FIKA space. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and able to multitask. This is a part-time position that requires your presence in person during the week and on weekends at our Park City location.

Responsibilities:

• Screen guests, check guests in and out, and answer phone calls
• Offer guests a tour of the space
• Help educate guests on treatment options and memberships
• Make recommendations to help guest have the best experience and results
• Answer questions about products and services
• Build guest profiles, send texts, track guests in our Vagaro platform
• Open and close the wellness space
• Help resolve customer service issues in a kind and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organizational and time management skills
• Inventory and supply management
• 3-5 years of work experience in customer service
• Computer skills
• Point of sale experience
• General interest in health and wellness is preferred
