Highlights of the Position:

• Monday - Friday days with very limited weekends (planned ahead of time if needed)
• Company vehicle you park at your home
• Salary Base of $55k starting Route Override Percentage Commissions, Company Cell Phone, Paid Vacation and Health Benefit Plan, 401K with 4% match!
• ****Most RSR's make a Minimum of $70k their first year and up words to $90K with consistent Sales Activity***

What you would be Responsible for:

• Provide service and deliver products to local businesses
• Helping our customer to manage their inventory of Fikes supplies
• Develop and grow business with existing & new customers
• Build rapport with your customers in order to best understand and meet their needs
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Learn and understand Fikes Services & Products

You Will Be Qualified If You Are:

• Professional, enthusiastic, have a strong work ethic, and a motivated team player
• Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• A safe driver with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to constantly lift 50 pounds throughout the day.

Salary : $55,000 - $90,000
