What You'll Do: As our host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and escorting them to their tables or waiting area.
• Managing wait times and table seating efficiently.
• Monitoring reservations and communicating guest arrivals to servers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized working area.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Addressing special guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborating with management, kitchen staff, and service staff to handle dining details and guest concerns.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Keeping your work area neat and organized.
• Conducting yourself professionally at all times.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Building positive relationships with all departments.
• Complying with all policies and procedures set forth by the Employee Handbook.

What We're Looking For:

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write correspondence, and present information effectively. Basic math skills for handling money and measurements.
• Reasoning Ability: Common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and solve problems with concrete variables.
• Certificates: Current food handler card.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
• Moderate noise level.
