I am collaborating with a well-funded AI Solutions startup to recruit a Senior Technical Product Manager who will help drive the vision and execution of the overall product/platform during the company’s next growth phase. Backed by top-tier Venture Capital Firms and $20 million in funding, this client is revolutionizing how manufacturers manage quality control, identify technical issues, and address defect management. The role focuses on scaling a well-established product-market fit while preserving the high-touch relationship model that has fueled the company’s impressive 300% growth trajectory.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle from vision and strategy to execution and performance. Ensure alignment of products with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers. Drive a results-oriented, high-performance culture and provide guidance on product strategy and execution.
• Stay attuned to customer needs and market trends.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to ensure products deliver real-world value and achieve product-market fit.
• Drive the evolution of proven solutions to serve hundreds of customers.
• Define and implement strategic roadmaps for your product lines. Prioritize initiatives, overcome challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
• Advocate for ongoing product innovation and improvement. Leverage customer feedback, data insights, and market analysis to iterate and evolve product offerings.
• Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives and stakeholders. Drive alignment and foster buy-in across the organization.

Skills / Experience Needed:

• 5 years of experience owning the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution.
• 2 years in a leadership role managing Product Managers.
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B dynamics.
• Proven track record of scaling B2B products from early success to broad market adoption.
• Strong client-facing experience in high-touch enterprise sales environments.
• Expertise in go-to-market strategies for enterprise products.
• Demonstrated success at a startup, navigating multiple growth phases from Seed or Series A funding through expansion.
• Prior experience in rapidly scaling organizations and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Background in manufacturing and AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in leveraging data and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to inform and optimize product strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degrees are a plus).
