Sales/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and promote new products or services.
• Utilize computer systems to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Invoice customers, ship packages when case is completed and recieve packages daily and input device information into our customized CRM computer system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using office software and computer systems for data entry and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
