Job Summary
Filevine is seeking a dedicated HR Intern to provide administrative support to the People Team. To ensure success, you should exhibit strong decision-making skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Reporting to Filevine’s Director of People, you will be responsible for the following:
\n- Assist in administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and offboarding.
- Perform data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS)
- Assist with human resources-related inquiries.
- Assist with company newsletter Assist in keeping the intranet up to date
- Handle unemployment claims, including gathering necessary documentation and responding to state agencies.
- Prepare reports as needed
- Facilitate wellness and cultural initiatives
- Have recently achieved or are pursuing a degree in a related field (HR, Business, Psychology)
- Effective Communication
- Team Collaboration
- Creative Problem Solving
- High Attention to Detail
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
