About the Role :

As the Senior Manager of Brand and Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Filevine's brand

identity and amplifying our voice across all channels. You'll be a strategic leader, overseeing a

talented team of designers, copywriters, and videographers, and ensuring our creative vision

comes to life.

Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy & Vision :

Develop and implement the long-term brand strategy, ensuring consistency

across all touchpoints.

Understand the user experience across multiple channels and surfaces, to

provide best-practice critiques and recommendations

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Analyze brand performance and make adjustments to the strategy as needed.

Manage brand perception and reputation.

Creative Leadership & Execution :

Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals (designers, copywriters,

videographers, etc.)

Optimize the way the creative team works within Filevine to meet strategic

company and marketing goals.

Develop the creative strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and look

across all platforms (website, marketing materials, social media, etc.)

Oversee the creative process, from concept development to execution.

Stay updated on design trends and technologies.

Manage creative budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Collaboration & Communication :

Act as an in-house Creative agency to various departments including

marketing, sales, product, recruiting, and C-suite to ensure brand consistency.

Develop and implement brand messaging and communication strategies

across all channels.

Qualifications :

Minimum 6 years of experience in brand strategy and creative leadership and 5 years of people management experience

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand campaigns.

Extensive experience in managing and inspiring creative teams.

Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and content marketing.

Experience across the full palette of brand expression : print, OOH, events, experiential, digital, social media, film, and motion

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Passion for Filevine's mission and the legal tech industry (a plus!).
