Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:15 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Summary:

Fill Right Packaging is seeking a skilled Compounder / Batch Maker responsible for mixing and blending raw chemicals and/or materials (liquids and/or powders) to produce finished bulk products. The position involves preparing batches based on product specifications, following safety and operational procedures, and ensuring proper ratios in the final product. The Compounder will also perform cleaning and sanitization tasks for mixing kettles, storage tanks, production fillers, and other equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety rules for chemical storage and manufacturing processes.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to safety procedures to prevent injury to self and others.
• Clean and sanitize mixing tanks, pumps, hoses, and other equipment according to GMP guidelines and SOPs before and after batches.
• Prepare batches per Batch Sheets, documenting chemicals, amounts, lot numbers, batch numbers, and other required information.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean chemical storage area.
• Ensure batching area is neat and tidy, with tools, pumps, and other equipment organized.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and assist with inventory of all plant materials.
• Notify maintenance of any equipment issues.
• Maintain focus on safety while operating tanks, pumps, and filling systems.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of industrial laboratory experience preferred.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts.
• Must be able to relocate to New Haven, MO, before starting work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
