Responsibilities
Production personnel are responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products. They check for defects, assemble products, monitor manufacturing equipment, and closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.
In this role, you will be integral to our production process, ensuring that our finished products are filled and packaged efficiently. Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Candidates should be comfortable with the physical demands of the job, which include significant bending and standing for extended periods during the day.
Candidates must be able to lift and stack finished products weighing up to 40lbs.
Candidates should demonstrate a keen ability to focus on details and be aware of their surroundings, showcasing thoroughness, accuracy, and a proactive approach to tasks and situations.
This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and the ability to contribute effectively within a group setting to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Work Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am until 4:15 pm
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Forklift experience is a plus but not a requirement
