Job Description
We are seeking an experienced service technician to join our team at Fillback Family of Dealerships. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for examining and diagnosing vehicles, discussing repairs with our shop foreman or service advisor, and communicating additional service requests to our service advisor. Your expertise will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality workmanship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a service technician and/or certification. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and state inspection license are also required. We value education and continuous learning, so we encourage candidates with relevant certifications or training to apply.
