- Assigning responsibilities to production employees.
- Coaching employees.
- Supervising and monitoring employees.
- Compiling production records.
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Maintaining quality service.
- Ensuring production plans are completed in time.
- Communicating with other manufacturing departments.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
- Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment.
- cGMP certified.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years working in a production setting supervising 20 plus employees.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a change agent.
