We're seeking a dedicated Client Specialist to join our team. As a Client Specialist, you are the first point of contact for clients and set the stage for a great experience. You will have the unique opportunity to positively affect new and existing clients’ user journeys. You will be a problem solver and the conduit of our brand. Through excellent communication and empathy, we can build lasting client relationships that add to the value of Musicbed, Filmsupply, and Stills.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver client-focused service by exceeding client expectations and offering innovative solutions
Manage a high volume of calls, chats, and emails while maintaining quality service
Focus on membership retention and client recapturing to minimize turnover
Solve product related issues through deep knowledge of our brands’ core functions
Collaborate with team members and utilize available resources to creatively solve problems and address client feedback
Enforce contract terms and remediate misuse while maintaining amicable client relationships
Champion our company's values of Sense of Urgency, Results Orientation, Constructive Candor, and High Character
Experience and Skills:
1-2 years of customer service experience
Ability to navigate delicate conversations and maintain composure during escalations
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous
