Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Duties

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct direct sales activities to promote products and services effectively.
• Engage in outside sales efforts by meeting clients in their locations to discuss their needs and present solutions.
• Manage assigned territories to ensure maximum coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with inside sales teams to streamline processes and improve overall sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM program, Hubspot
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience in lead generation and direct sales techniques.
• Strong background in outside sales with a focus on building client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of technical sales concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
