Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking an experienced Engagement Specialist to work directly with a visionary leader to build a world-class personal brand and grow a leading indoor air quality company. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and personable Engagement Specialist to complement our leadership team and bring a personal touch to our brand's vision. This position will play a key role in building connections with both internal and external stakeholders, helping to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the owner, and showcasing the brand's culture and values across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys spontaneous interactions, and is comfortable in front or behind the camera, engaging audiences through social media and video content. This position will report to the Creative Operations Manager onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Support the CEO's Strategy : Actively work with the CEO / Founder to support their vision and strategy by assisting in building relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Travel to Factories & Locations : Accompany the CEO to factories and other locations, capturing the journey, behind-the-scenes content, and personal interactions to humanize the owner's entrepreneurial journey
- Spark Conversations : Use your outgoing personality to initiate conversations with strangers, forming connections that align with brand's values and mission
- Social Media Engagement : Create and post engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and other social media content that resonate with the audience and reflect the brand's mission
- Content Creation & Editing : Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content on social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Edit videos using mobile apps or basic editing software to ensure polished and professional quality
- Authentic Storytelling : Capture genuine moments, stories, and conversations to showcase the entrepreneurial side of the business and the people behind it. This includes filming on the spot and creating spontaneous, relatable content
- Trendspotting : Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and engagement tactics to ensure content stays relevant and captivating
- Brand Representation : Serve as the public-facing representative of the brand, maintaining professionalism and embodying the company's core values while connecting with audiences
