Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, manufacture, or assemble filters using specialty machinery.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper filter assembly and report any malfunctions to line leads.
- Achieve daily production goals and meet deadlines consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required.
- Excel in manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components.
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment with rapid change, various activities, and assisting other areas in production as needed.
- Reliable transportation is necessary due to prolonged periods working on feet (10-hour shifts) and performing repetitive actions involving frequent grasping, reaching, twisting, and pivoting.
