Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up machines for production.
- Operate machines, monitor settings, and ensure efficiency.
- Inspect machines and materials for accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain records of approved and defective material.
- Train new or junior operators.
- Follow safety guidelines and production instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance and prepare machines before shifts.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) to Three (3) years hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred.
- Prefer bilingual operator (English/Spanish)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Capable of safely lifting approximately 40 lbs.
- Must be able to maintain attention to detail and manage multiple aspects of the production process simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
