Job Summary:
The Picker/Order Selector Supervisor's responsibilities include upholding safety and security standards, supervising employees, mentoring leads, training new hires, and managing daily workflow to maintain various KPIs such as; on-time performance, order accuracy, and production goals. To be successful you should be dependable, patient, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervising Distribution staff
- Interviewing distribution staff candidates
- Mentoring and Coaching Leads
- New Hire onboarding and training
- Safety and Security of your area(s)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Staff supervision and disciplinary actions
- Maintain records and prepare any necessary production documentation
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with EHS
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Deliver training on new processes, procedures, and equipment
- Accurately perform systematic inventory transactions using a computer or handheld device.
- Execute any other assigned duties promptly and effectively.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

- 3 Years of Warehouse Operations Experience
- Supervisor and/or Lead Experience preferred

- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials of moderate weight
