Job Summary :

Manages the daily operations of a production area to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality standards. Organizes work schedules, staffing needs, and production sequences to optimize productivity. Monitors production activities, identifies process issues, troubleshoots causes, and proposes solutions. Recommends enhancements to improve efficiency and safety. Provides or arranges staff training and assists in onboarding new personnel. Ensures compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assign work based on the production schedule.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are completed daily.
• Provide feedback on work performance.
• Communicate clear instructions.
• Monitor production quality and quantity.
• Report daily results and issues verbally and through written reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot production equipment issues.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.
