What we are looking for:
We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse and Delivery Assistant who will be responsible for receiving warehouse and distribution duties. The Warehouse and Delivery Assistant will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. The goal is to be productive, keep the warehouse, grounds & processes running smoothly and promptly, clean and safe. This role will work closely with the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Move inventory and materials throughout the store/warehouse
- Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care
- Process inventory for deliveries/pickups
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location
- Package items and label correctly
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize large bulk items
- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
- Remove inventory from trucks for shipping and/or delivery
- Move materials from storage to pick-up area or other locations
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards
- Keep warehouse premises neat and clean
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Assist in organizing and maintaining up to date records of inventory
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
- Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials
- Maintain company vehicle, if applicable
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard is a must!
- Previous warehouse and/or inventory experience preferred but will train right candidate
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be able to pass background verification including criminal and DMV
- Must be able to pass drug test
- The ability to operate a tablet
- Must be good in a customer facing role
- Must work well in a team environment
- The ability and willingness to travel locally, possibly statewide, as needed

- Lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Climbing up an 8-foot ladder

- Kneeling, squatting, bending, pushing/pulling
