POSITION SUMMARY

The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by ensuring the efficient processing, documentation, and tracking of shipments and inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Warehouse Lead.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing incoming shipments in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained by conducting regular stock checks and managing stock entries and exits.
• Process and prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Support the warehouse team in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and help resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Assist in preparing reports related to inventory, shipments, and stock levels for management review.
• Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an organized, clean, and safe manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet performance goals and deadlines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two year of warehousing experience or related experience required.
• Previous stock or inventory experience a plus.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Possibility to work on either a 5 days schedule (Monday- Friday) or a 4 days schedule (Monday- Thursday)
