Overview
We are looking for a Third Shift Production Supervisor to join our Brookville, Ohio team and lead overnight production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise third shift production staff to ensure daily targets are met
Foster a safe and efficient work environment in accordance with company policies
Monitor production lines and troubleshoot issues in real time
Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure operational continuity
Coach, mentor, and support team members with clear expectations and accountability
Track and report on shift performance, including output, downtime, and quality
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Working knowledge of safety and quality standards
Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work overnight and adapt to a dynamic environment
