As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be able to participate in all-rounded marketing activities.Job Highlights Execute marketing strategies, campaigns and eventsEngage both internal and external stakeholdersYoung, vibrant & innovation-driven environmentJob Responsibilities : Liaise with clients (e.g. schools, corporations) to understand project and event requirements, including workflow, quotations, venue arrangements, and schedules.Collaborate and communicate with traditional artisans to plan, organize, and execute hands-on cultural workshops and events.Manage the full lifecycle of individual projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.Develop and execute online and offline promotional campaigns to support project goals and enhance brand visibility.Oversee social media account management, ensuring engaging content creation and audience interaction.Handle e-commerce operations, including order management, customer inquiries, and Shopify platform maintenance.Monitor project budgets and deliverables, and provide regular updates to senior management.Job Requirement : Strong leadership, initiative, and excellent communication skills : ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, artisans, and internal teams.Proven experience in project or event management, with the ability to independently plan and oversee projects from start to finish.Proficiency in design and digital marketing tools : familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator (AI), and Canva is preferred; experience in managing social media campaigns is a plus.Academic background in marketing, business administration, or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in project or event management.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently without supervision.Immediate availability is an advantage.What YOU'll be offered : Twice a year performance review (with opportunities of career progression and salary increment)On-the-job training (e.g. Google, Facebook, Programmatic ads, Web3 marketing etc.)Fun info-tainment and edu-tainment learning opportunitiesYearly education sponsorshipCSR / CSV initiatives, corporate / team building activities and entertainment allowanceBirthday, examination leave and medical allowanceFive-day work weekDiscounted food and beverageWe offer attractive remuneration package, commensurate with candidates’ qualification and experience.
