What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fin & Tonic Server position at Fin & Tonic?
We are looking for Servers with at least 3 years experience with a high-level of customer service. Wine & food knowledge. Servers report directly to the GM, and coordinate with other FOH Staff and Kitchen Staff throughout service to ensure all guests of Fin & Tonic are receiving a 5-Star Experience.
Friendly and attentive service, including greeting and seating guests, anticipating and responding to dining needs is a MUST.
Weekend shifts & available flexibility are a MUST.
TOAST POS system knowledge is a MUST. You'll be taking customized & detailed orders, processing payments/money handling.
Maintain working knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, etc.
Other standard service duties, such as opening/closing restaurant as scheduled, helping with banquets and events, other duties as assigned by your management team.
