We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detail Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional vehicle detailing services. Duties
- Supervise and train detailing staff to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Oversee the detailing process, including washing, buffing, waxing, and cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
- Manage customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper techniques are used for window tinting and other specialized services as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for service delivery or repositioning within the facility.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in vehicle detailing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks and cleaning techniques specific to automotive care.
- Ability to operate various detailing equipment safely and effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to automotive care, including advanced techniques in buffing and window tinting.
