We’re a growing business open since 2015 that specializes in Carpet, Hardwood, Upholstery, Tile & Grout Cleaning. We’re a team of trusted and skilled technicians, we deliver high-quality services with precision and efficiency taking pride in our unmatched customer service, industry expertise, and up-to-date knowledge.
We are looking to add 1-2 technicians to our team. Strong customer service and problem solving skills are a must. Being a small company, you will not just be an anonymous employee. We service the greater San Gabriel Valley area and the surrounding suburbs. NO LAYOFFS in winter. This is a year round job!
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet, tile & hardwood floor cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
- Operate carpet, tile & hardwood floor cleaning equipment and tools
- Inspect carpets for stains, damages, or other issues
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, stains, and odors
- Move furniture and other items as needed to access and clean carpets
- Ensure proper ventilation and drying of carpets after cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding the cleaning process
Experience:
- Experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of different floor types and cleaning methods
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment (truck-mount) and tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while operating cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills and work ethic, must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Please note: This role requires a significant level of physical activity, since this role can be labor intensive, with some days being more relaxed. Candidates should be prepared to be able to make the transition from slower-paced days to fast-paced days. MUST Be in Good Physical Shape.

- Able to stand and squat down repeatedly
- Not afraid to get dirty
